Problem: Aquire immovable objects with a high-dynamic range of colour values. For example glaring gold surface with dark spots as an pre-stage for extended depth of focus. 

 

Test object: Contact pin (INGUN); GKS 050-14; steel head, gold-plated,  diameter 500µm

AddDyn result:

• 5 images with 3x8 Bit have been processed
• Expandation of the dynamic range from [0..255] to [0..6375] through the above exposure times and amplifications
