Mesuring Station Illumination Uniformity |
|
The measuring system serves for the registration and measurement of homogenity (shading) of technical lights, especially in the field of microscopy.
A standard PC including a special interface-card is the basis for connecting to a large-field digital-camera. The camera sensor is brought into the image or pupil layer which is being examined, eg. connected to the video output of a microscope, and the software installed on the computer takes over the camera controlling and the measurement tasks.
Technical specification of the camera
Visual resolution: 1024 x 1024 Pixel
Pixel size: 24 x 24 µm
Active sensor area: 24.5 x 24.5 mm
Wavelength range: 340 - 980 nm
Digital resolution: 14 Bit
Dynamic range: >83dB
QE (400nm): 40%
Peak QE (550nm): 72%
